1. Payment Terms
Payment is due within 14 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 4% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, accruing daily until the balance is paid in full.

Ownership of the artwork(s) remains with either Felstead Art or the artist until full payment has been received and cleared. Risk in the artwork passes to the buyer upon delivery or collection.

Delivery costs, if applicable, will be itemised on the invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, all costs related to deliveries are the responsibility of the client and will be arranged upon receipt of full payment. Clients may arrange their own collection by appointment from our East London premises. Felstead Art assumes no responsibility for artworks once collected.

4. Condition & Authenticity
All works are sold in the condition stated and when stated are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, from Felstead Art. Please inspect works upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours of any issues.

5. Framing & Conservation Services
Where framing is included or commissioned through Felstead Framing, frames are produced to either conservation or museum standards. Framing costs, if applicable, will be listed separately on the invoice and are the responsibility of the client.

6. Returns & Cancellations
All sales are final. Returns are only accepted in the case of damage sustained during delivery or demonstrable error on our part. Any requests for return must be submitted within 7 days of receipt, accompanied by photographic documentation.

The sale of an artwork does not confer any rights of reproduction or copyright, which remain with the artist or their estate unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Client information is handled in accordance with GDPR and our privacy policy. Details will not be shared with third parties except where required for delivery or tax compliance purposes.
